C&L Carpets in Sanger did a great job on my 30 plus year old carpet with lots of pets. He came out to help us same day, we paid exactly what he quoted, he did a great job with what he had to work with, he was quick, and it smells really good in here. And very friendly. I have used C & L Carpet Cleaning and Services several times now to clean my carpets. Every time I have called to schedule, I have gotten friendly and professional service. The first time Clay came out to clean my carpets, he took note of my concerns with some of the stains on my floor. He was honest and a pleasure to speak with. Clay does a GREAT job and the price is right. I will definitely be using them again and again. Not only for my carpet but for my tile and air ducts too. Call today for a quote and was able to get in today. Great customer service very professional. Was in and out within an hour. Our carpet had some stains now looks brand new. Totally amazed. We will highly recommend C & L to anyone for carpet cleaning needs.

What a truly wonderful experience. We were in need of upholstery cleaning for our church pews. It was very last minute and after calling & explaining that after construction work inside our church we needed our pews cleaned before morning worship (the next day). C&L was there within a few hours and did an AMAZING job. Thanks Clay you are truly a blessing & we appreciate all you did. Quality workmanship at a reasonable price, what more could you ask for.

Attempted to contact, got message about which number to push for which service and then a rude message that that line was for fire damage or remediation needs, etc only and direct hang up. Noone ever asked me what I needed, I followed their prompts, tried 3 times in case error. Nope, no way to leave message or talk to a person. Guess they don't want new customers. Must be secret number available. Frustrating.
