Impressive, Affordable and Professional! From communication to punctuality, Larry was great! The work was done with a high level of skill and in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with my septic installation.

Absolutely unbelievable and incredibly sad that I have to post this review. I am unaware of exactly where the breakdown of communication transpired, but after six years of being a loyal customer we will be unable to use C&L anymore. Since September we have spent hundreds of dollars and to no avail. Our system which has now been called "junk" by owners Larry and Michelle. I understand that we are not a large commercial account. I understand things change and that business models change. What I do not understand is the ridiculous accusations by Larry (I don't even recall Larry coming to my home in the last 3-4 years) that someone would close our lines maliciously and without any further explanation they are just done. Our system is junkier than you found it, sir. Not sure how that is

The worst experience ever, I was made to get the grease trap cleaned by a professional and they had no Allen wrench to open it, borrowed mine and took mine. Now the water backs up through the trap they didn't clean, cause when I removed the loose lid trap it was full of crap. $250 and when we called them they said not our problem call someone else. I will, better business bureau. They were recomened and I'll show them my photos and videos.

2025 Review #2: We had them back out again to help with our sewer drain - they snaked the line until the first clump of roots and then stopped - within a few days it was clogged again and they agreed to come out a 2nd time to finish the job. I specifically asked them to come after 1pm due to my disabled mother being alone - they showed up at 930am! and she had to deal with them without me. It's unfortunate in this day and age to have a simple request be disregarded as irrelevant. Not familiar with their work but they are actively polluting the Webb City and Carterville area and making it borderline impossible to step outside! That terrible smell that fills your nostrils is because of these guys dumping on property they had de-annexed by Carterville years ago! They won’t stop dumping as long as they make a buck, and our children have to smell it every day!
