They were very accommodating and worked around my schedule, which made the process much easier. During the inspection they were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained exactly what he was looking for, why he was looking for it, and how we'd fix it - whether or not there was actually a problem. It was helpful to learn which issues were simply cosmetic and which were structural.
