Clarity ITS

Great establishment for your office building badge access and data-communication infrastructure installations. They have a superb focus on quality, which is the most important trait to have when installing security and data infrastructure. Not exactly cheap, but definitely worth it! They also installed my cameras, and a few conference room TV's A+ guys. Keep it up.

Clarity installed video marketing system in my lobby a couple of years ago. Every once in a while, the system goes off for unexplained reasons. When this happens, we call ClarityITS since they installed the system. The last time the system went down, they sent their local technician out for repairs. He spent 5 minutes in our center as he unplugged the unit allowing it to reboot which corrected the issue. Total cost for repairs $170!! Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the charges. I attempted to reach an agreement on a reasonable charge, but ClarityITS did not make any adjustments. I have since disconnected the system they installed and will no longer being using their services.

Best technology company around! Took care of all my security, network cabling, and AV needs. Would highly recommend this company!
