I had Clark Electric out to my home for some issues I was having w/ smoke detectors malfunctioning. They were very friendly and polite, worked quickly and efficiently, and all around a joy to have performing the work. Communication was excellent from scheduling to completion. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. This is one of most professional company I have ever worked with they treated me with the most respect and explained everything to me to understand. When I called Mark was on vacation and he went out of his way to call me back and had one of his guys out first thing the next morning to fix my electrical panel. I recommend them to everyone.

Mark returned my call promptly, and met me onsite to go over the work to be done. I will update this review once this job is completed, but so far so good! Update: Stopped responding, and does not return calls. Left our job half done. We now have to find another electrician. Would not recommend...

The boss of this operation doesn't communicate well. He overcharges because he lets his workers waste time and the billable hours are high. The materials are way overpriced with too much markup. The boss personally was installing electrical components with a hammer. Again, he doesn't communicate well. Find someone else if you can. Newport area is too good for this clown, and his crew should find a better leader.
