We experienced a flood back in 2019. Dale had done beautiful work in my parents home so we trusted him and his crew. A couple years later the floor literally started “peeling” up. After many phone calls, Dale finally met my dad and stated the material was faulty and the whole floor needed to be re done. He said he would check with the manufacturer about the material and re done the floor for us at no cost. Flash to today, tons of phone calls, my dad has even stopped by the actual shop multiple times and nothing. Zero communication. I’m a mom of 3 and it’s so sad to me that this is the type of business he does. The spots peeling up as sharp to my babies and I’ve had to tape them down. It’s so embarrassing. Do not use them.

Thrilled with our new floors. Install was quick and flawless. Highly impressed with the turn around time from getting a quote and my initial visit to choose a flooring, to install completion. A true pleasure having the work done by Dale and his team. 10/10 recommend.

A few years ago we purchased vinyl flooring for our bathroom which I installed myself. Owner gave me tips on installing. Good price, friendly service, quick delivery. Some time later we bought floor covering for our kitchen. The owner delivered it on his way home when it came in. A few years later needed a small piece of carpet padding to repair a small area where a dog pulled the carpet back and shredded the padding. Stopped by to see if they might have a remnant. The nice young lady made a quick phone call and was able to cut a small piece off a roll at no charge. Great customer service.

Dale has installed flooring in two of my past homes so far and when we replace the carpet in my new home he will be the one we call for sure. They have an amazing selection and he and Wendy are both so knowledgeable and accommodating when helping you to decide what flooring is the best fit for your style and particular needs. The quality of the work is always perfect and if there is ever an issue Dale will make sure that it’s addressed and taken care of quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend them!

Dale and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job. We had carpet and tile laid throughout our home and my husband and I are super impressed with the quality and workmanship. The cost was very reasonable too. We will be using Clark Floor Covering for all our future flooring needs.
