I recently had a very disappointing experience with Clark Pest Control while attempting to cancel my service. When I called to cancel, I spoke with a gentleman named Joe, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. I was already frustrated that a technician had come out to perform service on a day when it had been pouring rain all day long, which made the timing of the treatment seem ineffective and poorly planned. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, Joe became snappy and cocky during the call. At the end of the day, all calls are recorded, and I sincerely hope a supervisor or someone in management takes the time to listen to how this employee—who represents the company—speaks to customers. Clark is very detailed and makes sure they check with you about any additional issues you may have before starting their services. They call prior to coming to your home to let you know they are on their way. They are always available to come out if you need them prior to your scheduled service and the technicians are very friendly and professional.

I was looking into other companies to go with when it comes to pest control. With my family working with commercial and residential buildings, we were familiar with a few companies that just did not seem to properly diagnose our issues. We were looking for a company for our personal residence and we did not want to waste our money on a service that wasn't going to cut it. I signed up for service under the promise of unlimited visits for the first month. I paid my start up fee got my initial appointment and now I cannot get another. They don't return calls. I call the number on this ad and they want to send to a service center that also doesn't help. Its been 2 weeks and I'm ready to switch to a reputable business.

When I first contracted with them they were great. Got rid on my problem but lately I have been seeing more live bugs the dead one…they don’t knock cobwebs well and they don’t spray some areas.
