Service has been terrible since Kellogg. Communication is lacking, prices increased with no communication, when trying to reach out to staff to ask about the rate increase, you get the run-around. It is also interesting that there are only a couple of reviews...seems like they are trying to get away from all of the negative reviews. Do yourself a favor and choose literally any other service provider.

Read there reviews, they keep making new google pages to hide from their disapointed customers. Innitally was a customer of Kellog until they rebranded as Clark. I am very disappointed with Clark Pest Control. Their billing department is completely unorganized. I was told my service would be $50 per month, but they started charging me $88 without any notice. Unprofessional and not transparent at all. When attempting to call to cancel service, it is very difficult to reach someone. Long hold wait times. I had to file a dispute with my card company as I never received a call back from the business. Their practices are unethical and I would not recommend their service

Took over Kellog’s and start raising prices without notice

Found local pest control company based on chatgpt search results. Very happy with the replacement for pest control service and happier to part way with Clark - monthly fee 2x and they even charged for initial fee after 3 months,of winter service pause. Missed Kellogg very much. :-)
