Had a great experience with Clark after switching from ProActive after repeated awful experiences. My service technician was Randy. He checked out every room and checked for what kind of roaches there were and was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, Friendly and had great communication skills. I could tell he knew what he was doing, and he was gonna spray everywhere. 10 out of 10 for service for Randy I have requested this worker For the rest of my annual treatments that I have signed up for. Very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Clark pest control!

Our business switched to Clarks' Pest Control after not having a great experience with our previous company. It was the best choice we made! Our technician Logan is the best. He is friendly, professional, punctual and always explains what he is doing. Their customer service is also fantastic and always answers in a timely fashion and takes care of anything needed. I highly recommend them.

What a waste of a company. Multiple times they either don’t show up or leave before even starting the job yet charge you! Been on hold for 4.5 hours now all because the dude came up and rang our doorbell but walked straight back to his truck and left. Like dude I watched you through my open front window and open front door while standing there. Wish there was a 0/5 option because they don’t even deserve one star.

All depends on your technician. I had the BEST - Greg! Always thorough, on time, goes the extra mile as part of his job, stays as long as it takes to get the jobs done. Give Greg a raise!!

Freddie from Napa was absolutely amazing! Such a nice guy, very knowledgeable and thorough. He walked around my house and pointed out problem areas, sprayed for pests inside the garage and around, and even cleaned the house and fence from cobwebs! His visit exceeded my expectations.
