I called Toby about a leak in my roof, and he came out right away to take a look. He was able to get his team scheduled quickly and had the repair done before the next heavy rain hit. Toby didn’t treat my roof like just another job—he was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting it fixed the right way. What really stood out was his honesty. Four days before rain was expected to hit us, we suspected a roof leak. We called Clark Roofing on a Sunday and Toby replied within a few hours saying he would come out the next morning to look at the roof. The next morning, he came out and gave us a very reasonable proposal and said he could have the roof fixed before the storm. True to his word, by the end of the day Wednesday, Toby and his crew had the leak, which was worse than we originally thought, repaired and all materials replaced and in tact. Toby did not charge for the extra labor. He also repaired a problematic gutter on another part of the roof at no extra charge. We recently had the pleasure of hiring an incredible roofing company, and couldn't be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. During the big storm, Toby was super responsive and communicated directly with our insurance company about our roof including taking photos and updating his quotes to meet their needs. Toby and his team were punctual and did a very thorough job with our roof. They cleaned up every day which was a big plus for us.
