The pleasure was all ours to have Clark Transfer & Storage Company as our mover. They packed our house ensuring that all items were packaged securely. Thank you so much for working with us and being flexible. The moving team was wonderful, efficient, timely, and professional. They did a fabulous job ensuring our walls and flooring were protected. If we ever need movers again we will definitely call you first call.

Military move, PCS from Virgina. We overall are very pleased with their efficiency. They were punctual, kind, and diligent throughout the day. They were mindful of the items we label as "do not pack." Most importantly, my teenage daughter forgot about money she had hidden in her drawer. Not one penny was missing! I am so sorry that this money was left out, but so thankful for honest people! We will highly recommend this crew and will share on the PCS Facebook pages how great they were.

If you want your personal property smashed, broken, missing this company is the perfect choice. Our new couch's leg was broken off, dresser drawer smashed in, our $2000 paddle board was dropped from the top of the semi onto asphalt... when I confronted the employee he stated, "its no big deal that's a high value item, insurance will fix it". I had a $1500 professional Kimball office desk completely smashed and broken. Any extra pieces or parts the employees literally just tossed them into the SEMI instead of putting them in boxes and labeling them. I had to go out and pick up all the smaller little pieces/ furniture parts/ screws/ other odds and ends off the semi floor. Consequently I am missing all types of items ranging from Paddle Board fins to stereo equipment. Now lets talk about

Have been dealing with Clark Transfer & Storage Company for many years and their staff and facilities are the best. Their personnel are always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating and if they tell you that they are going to be there at 10:00 o’clock, they are there at or before 10:00 o’clock! Clark Transfer has moved my mother-in-law at least 3 times, and everything has always gone smoothly! I have also referred friends and clients to Clark Transfer & Storage and their experiences have been just like mine. Great experience with Clark-best unpack we have had out of nearly 10 military moves. Professional, polite, and fast. Request them if you’re moving to the greater Williamsburg/Norfolk area! 10/10!
