Clark-Wright Septic Service

A few days ago, we had sewage leaking out of the pumping station of our septic system. I knew I had a problem, so I called Clark-Wright and left a message at about 4pm on a weekday. I got a call back within the hour and was told they would arrange to have a technician and the pump truck come the next day. I got a call early the next morning say their crew would be arriving soon. When they arrived, they diagnosed the problem (a broken pipe coming out of the pumping station) and within an hour they had a backhoe on site to dig out the piping. Within a couple of hours they located three leaks (I watched the process) and by afternoon they had corrected the problem and the system was working again. I had slow draining toilet and sinks on a Friday and was worried about going into the weekend with an issue. Clark's sent a technician in under 2 hours and changed the clogged filter and did a quick inspection and fixed me up in no time. I am super appreciative of their timely and professional service. They are now my septic service indefinitely. Thank you.

We called C-W Septic a few weeks ago when our tank alarm was sounding. They arrived that day, were polite and professional, and answered all our questions before replacing our septic pump, which had reached the end of its natural life. This weekend, the alarm went off again and they were at our home by 9:30 AM on Monday, where they discovered that newly installed pump had been faulty and pretty much exploded. By 11AM another new pump was installed, the tank was pumped out, and we were fully informed by the technician of the status of the system and assured that he would be back within 48 to check on it. We are very happy customers!

Last year I had a great experience with CW - I called to get my tank pumped since it was coming up on due. No issues, spoke to someone on the phone and they promptly came within a week I believe of the phone call. They left an invoice, it got paid. Now when I call I can’t get someone to pick up the phone. I leave voicemails of course. However the only time I get call backs is at 7:30 in the morning. But no voicemail. Just a missed call. I know it’s from them because the caller ID says Chad Wright, but no message was left. If your business hours are 8-4, and you as a business owner are not expected to be available to your customers outside of those hours, why do you assume your customers should be available outside your business hours? Way above and beyond! After some calling back and forth on Friday afternoon, and getting crystal clear directions from Michaela over the phone, we got the septic tank open. After all that excitement was over, and in talking me through the next steps, Chad picked up the phone and asked where we were, paused, and said they were on the way. These are really nice people! Chad and Michaela did a bunch of different stuff, and got a pretty stubborn clog out of our line. All the time with good humor. After Happy Hour! On a Friday Night! We have always had Clark Septic, and the previous owners did, and I am pretty sure they even built our septic system. There is no need to think about going anywhere else. Chad and Michaela, and Clark Septic are the best!!!
