Clarkare Carpet Cleaning

I scheduled carpet cleaning for my bedroom and walk in closet. They are totally not dependable. I took chairs, benches tables out of room and cleared the floor in the walk in closet. They were supposed to arrive between 2-4 pm. At 4:10 I called and he said he would call the manager and call me back. Did not hear from him and tried to call again but they hung up as soon as call went thru. Never heard from them the next day and called someone else.

Since I have children and pets, I found it important that Clarkare uses eco-friendly products and powerful steam cleaning equipment. The technician moved light furniture and handled every nook and cranny with care as she worked quickly and thoroughly. After that, he even showed me the soiled water; what I saw was startling! The carpets looked amazing after cleaning. The entire house smelled and felt different, the fibers appeared renewed and fluffed up, and the stains had disappeared. It seemed like a new beginning. It also took a surprisingly short amount of time to dry—roughly four to five hours before things returned to normal.

When I called Clarkare for an estimate, I left a voicemail and got a returned call by Tracy later that day. He was able to schedule appointment immediately and gave me a preliminary estimate. When he arrived, he explained everything he was going to do in layman terms and confirmed the total cost, which was the same as the preliminary estimate. Results were outstanding and my mother-in-law was very satisfied. This is a family owned business and recommend it better than a franchise.

I remember Clarkare cleaning my parents house when I was a kid. Now as an adult I use them for my home! Most recently I called Clarkcare to clean one of my spare bedrooms that I was turning into a nursery for my soon to be born son. We decided to have it cleaned very late in the pregnancy and needed it done ASAP so we could get the nursery set up before my wife got too big to help! 😁 Clackare was able to work us in within a couple days of calling them. They arrived on time and did the job very quickly. Forget the big companies with inexperienced workers who are turned over every month and instead go with the consistently of company that has been in town for decades!
