Excellent knowledge and customer service. Jesse and his crew were responsive, prepared, and professional. We tackled several advanced projects - battery energy storage system, back up power, and high efficiency mini-split. A fair bit of the equipment was new to the crew, having sourced it from a Texas-based company. The CES team went at it like pros!

Jesse and his guys, especially Rick, did a great job working on our 30+yr old log home. They installed a whole house generator, turnkey package including tying in the propane and securing permits and inspections, a true one stop shop. They also found our old electrical panel was a fire hazard and recommended we fix that at the same time and did it for a fair price. They installed challenging ceiling fans, new and additional smoke detectors and repaired electrical wires that had been undone during other work but never put back together. We relied on Jesse and his team for quality work, good advice, fair pricing and ease of use and received all four in spades!!!

My generator failed in the Fall 2024 during the remnants of a hurricane. One month out of warranty of course! Jesse came out during the evening when no one else would and did his best to troubleshoot the issue during the late evening hours! He was kind enough to let me borrow a small generator (we were in a real pinch!) and worked with my lazy generator vendor to try to correct the issue. I appreciate Jesse’s customer service very much and recommend him for your electrical needs.

Jesse communicates well, does quality work, and if it can't be repaired, he'll give you options. He did a fine job installing a replacement for 20-year-old ceiling fan on a 3-foot downrod from an angled, vaulted ceiling 14 feet high. We would hire him again for electrical service.
