Clark's Lock and Safe

Wife and daughter went to get a key fob we purchased online programmed for our vehicle. Technician tried twice, but said it was a junk key and it wouldn’t work. Still charged us about $100 for the attempt. Went to another place the next day and they had it done in a few minutes. Had better experiences in the past here but I will not be going back.

The worst. Came in and had a spare key for my 2013 Kia soul. Not bad like $17. Then asked about a key fob for the door. He said would be $68 I bought the fob online. He spent about 2 hours then said he couldn’t do it and still charged $106.00. Will never go back. Be warned not honest and extreme charges to not do the work. Wish I would have read the reviews first. I was trying to stay local. No more I will go where they are honest and fair local or not.

Today my dad lost his extra truck key, he was very irritated about it. I told my dad not a big deal. We'll just get another one. Went to Clark's and the person behind the counter Todd was an awesome help even with the him helping another lady out and a guy coming in. Polite friendly and courteous. When it was our turn, he cut the key came out hooked the computer up we had to wait a few minutes for the system to load the new key and we were done! All and all with 1 person helping all of us it was about 30mins start to finish. It would have taken that +++ anywhere else thanks. Received Highly

Took quite a bit but was worth the wait and even drove me home. Very recommended.

Great service. Todd did a great job explaining how to make sure my key would work after remaking my car key. Quick and a fair price.
