I highly recommend Randy and Clarksburg Heating & Air for all HVAC services. I called Randy at the suggestion of a neighbor when the outdoor unit of my heat pump stopped working during the snow and arctic cold of January 2026. Even though he had a full schedule that day, he stopped by and checked the outdoor unit and removed a clump of icicles adhering to the grill and extending into the interior of the unit. He also checked the upstairs and downstairs thermostats and service panel in the basement to make sure there were no additional issues. Suddenly the heat pump came back to life! The charge was minimal; in fact there was no charge! I'm so happy to have found a skilled, honest, and dependable HVAC contractor for all my future HVAC needs.

I was very happy with the quick response when I called Clarksburg Heating when I had a problem with my furnace. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. I had no heat during extremely cold weather. The problem was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company.

Ryan saved the day! Our AC stopped working after a maintenance appointment with another PE owned firm. We started scheduling quotes to replace our current system. During our estimate, Ryan lets me know that he can get it working in a few minutes. We had a simple electrical/wire disconnection. AC is now working just fine!
