Class A Grounds Management

Terrible quality of work. This is properly trimmed? The management company signed up with them and the owners are about to take over the HOA. This will be an account they will be losing without a doubt.

This crew used to be really good but this year they have been terrible and very unreliable. Last year, they kept the grounds in the community very neat, clean and tidy. I don't know what happened this year but it's a constant guessing game with them. They have fewer employees and don't always mow the entire area they are working on. They are so quick with weeding, that they miss areas that are almost a foot high now. They use the leaf blowers to clean the front part of the homes but no longer clean the grass clippings from the back patio. This was something they used to do well last year but not anymore. I don't have pets so there isn't a reason to be as unreliable as they are this year. I do have security cameras so I don't need to be at home to see their lack of service. I hope t

My HOA needs to hire a landscaping crew that cares about the quality of their work. This place is unreliable, they do not cut all of the grass, pull the weeds, feed the yards like they should. Half of the grass in the neighborhood is dead or overrun with weeds. Dead trees in common areas do not get replaced. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

These folks will break property and home owner plants, then deny their work caused the damage, even if the homeowner observed them doing so. Management is unresponsive to complaints or calls for service. These folks also leave gas cans on property and prefer to stand around their trailers smoking, in the middle of a parking lot, rather than working.

Worst service , i wish i could pick 0 starts , they refuse to cut grass or pick leaves , awful service, Please dont choose this company, they are the worst in Richmond , all my neighbors say the same
