Updating my review. They still wasn't able to get my roof and the gutters looking good. They still ignore and seems like they could care less that they didn't do it right. They came out like MULTIPLE times and each time it still looks terrible. They'd come out to fix the gaps in the gutter and metal and STILL leave gaps. I'd try and contact and my texts would be ignored. The person I was given contact info to could care less if he replies or not. The whole place except their inspector was really hard to deal with. If you care about your house. Please find someone else to do the work. This company doesn't care.

Very impressed with the helpfulness and ease of working with Classic Construction on our new roof. They were prompt, professional, and kind every step of the way. They gave us the best price in the area, and I couldn’t recommend their crew more!! They made a hail situation bearable, and we are so grateful.

Don't Waste Your Time I set up a consultation to repair a damaged roof at my parent's house in Saint Albans. Fred Craft met with us. The meeting seemed to go well, he assured us his team would be able to correct the issues, and we received a contract. We signed the contract with the knowledge that they were getting busy due to a huge storm that had damaged a large swath of WV. We had no problem waiting. However, almost immediately after signing, Fred went radio silent. He would not respond to calls, texts, or emails. After two months, I called the main office. I spoke with a manager there to inquire about scheduling, and he assured me we'd get a call back with that information. Again, radio silence. Classic Construction has completed 2 jobs for me within year. One for my father's house and last week for my house. Fred was so wonderful to deal with on estimate and getting job scheduled. Chris and the crew his supervised were all fantastic. The work completed quickly and was very professionally done.
