The crew was incredibly nice, respectful, and hardworking, completing our pool in just 15 working days without ever compromising on quality. Communication before, during, and after the project was excellent, and they were very flexible when unexpected changes came up. It was clear that everyone involved truly cared about our satisfaction and the final result. They also have a great network of subcontractors for any add-on requests, which made the process even smoother. The end result is a beautiful, high-quality pool that our family absolutely loves!

I have had 3 pools at 3 different homes installed by Jim and his team in 1995 , 2002 and again in 2024. I was extremely impressed on their attention to detail , speed , quality and the fact that the owner is at jobsite everyday so you don't have to get your questions answered by the workers. All 3 installs went without flaws and all done inside of 12 days as promised. Even years after install , they responded to my calls and questions. I found that Jim has been installing pools for over 50 years and his experience shows. I had neighbors so impressed that they contracted him to install their pools. Not a finer company in KC to work with. Thank you with deepest respect.

Highly recommend Classic Pools. Not only are they efficient and knowledgeable, but also a pleasure to work with. When I saw the beautiful pool they installed for my mother-in-law a couple of summers ago, I contacted them to start planning our backyard project. They exceeded my expectations. I was recommended to Classic Pools by another contractor doing work on my house. Called the owner and was asked to call another employee to set up an appointment to get a quote. No big deal. We set up an appointment for the following week. . .Classic Pools was a no show. I called and left messages. Later that day, I received a call from Classic Pools apologizing and wanting to reschedule. I did reschedule for the next week. Once again, Classic Pools left me waiting for a representative that wasn't going to show up. 2 Appointments : 2 No-Shows for Classic Pools. Thank you, but I'll give my business elsewhere.
