Class one did a great job restoring my home after a small fire and my bedroom. They cleaned everything up perfectly. The crew was all friendly professional and hard workers. I would definitely recommend class one to any of my friends.

ClassOne Property Restoration has been outstanding in their help and communication with me after a car crashed into our house. After they were notified about the crash a crew came out quickly to board up our house. Since then they have taken over and given me daily updates. I couldn’t be happier with their service. We used ClassONE for water damage in our basement. From beginning to end, Mike and his team were respectful, knowledgeable, on-time, and communicated well. We could tell their employees have a lot of industry experience and knowledge (an issue we’ve had in the past with other restoration technicians). Would definitely recommend for any restoration project, big or small!

Every situation is different and your experience with Class One may be different than ours. Based on the insurance estimate, our restoration from a garage fire and interior smoke damage was expected to take approximately 4-6 months to complete. With our project, the majority of work was completed after about 8 months, which was the longest that the insurance would permit our rental housing to be paid. We moved back into the house before some of the final work had been completed. Looking back, scheduling could have been done better to keep the project moving and on schedule. As Class One was a new company when we contracted with them, some sub-contractors had to be vetted and eventually replaced, which added time to the project. Some of the sub-contractors were not of the highest qual

10/10 service! After a tree fell on our roof, we had no clue what to do after calling our insurance. Mike showed up the next day and immediately went to work on getting home repairs coordinated, all while keeping communication with us and our insurance company throughout the process. While dealing with insurance is not fun, Mike made everything 1000x more manageable. He really took a burden off our shoulders. Any questions we had were answered quickly with lots of details. Overall just a reliable, genuine, and pleasant company to work with. We are very pleased with Class One and highly recommend them!
