Claude Brown's Carpet Cleaning

Great work. Techs were very thorough and carpets look great. I’d use Claude browns again. Great communication and scheduling. I had stains on my floors from pets and thought I might need to replace carpets but they look brand new. The stairway carpet was looking tired but looks great now.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Claude Brown’s Carpet Cleaning. Light colored carpet in need of help. They did an amazing job. They took my heavy 8x5 area rugs to there business, cleaned them, and returned them. They look like new. The whole process was seamless. The guys were the nicest guys ever and a pleasure to have in my home. Reasonably priced and prompt.

I previously gave a positive review for this company about a year ago, after they sent Jimmy to fix a previous job that wasn’t done well. They were incredibly nice and apologetic, which left a great impression. This time, a year later, I decided to give them another chance due to the excellent customer service I received from Mindy in the front office, who was outstanding. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to make things easier by moving all of our furniture to the garage, the same issues occurred. There were spots left all over the place that were missed, and they poured out the dirty water right in the middle of our driveway, leaving dirt and clumps of hair. Update: Everything was handled very well and professionally. I am pleased with the end result. The first time they cleaned they didn’t even vacuum and left animal hair all along the baseboards. There are still stains in the living room that were left. They had to come back a second time to redo the job because of how bad it smells and how much hair we ended up vacuuming after the first try.

We recently had our carpets cleaned and stretched by Claude Browns and we couldn’t be more grateful!
