Clay Commons Parking Garage/Louisville Palace

Paid cash on exit. The machine locked up wouldn't make change and we sat with a backed up line for 10 minutes. The call button lady said someone was on the way with our cash change but they never showed up. Finally a gentleman figured out how to raise the arm and we exited.

Convenient access to venue we was attending.

Staff said this isn’t the clay commons garage, even though I saw the entry to the Henry Clay to the left just like I was told is in the clay commons garage. Someone should talk to the Hilton Valet staff if they are giving out false information

Close to The Palace and the Brown.

Open all night, empty but was a Monday.
