Clean Air Duct Cleaning

I make an appointment to have my air duct cleaned today. J.J and Roy came and inspected my air ducts and explained and showed me that my air ducts where clean and that all the black that I seeing is due to sooot from the candle burning and that I didn't need that service. I was really shook and impressed for their honesty. Most of the companies are only looking for the money and for charging you, even if you don't need it. They were nice, professionals and gave me some advise for future care of my air conditioning unit. I will definitely will be recommending this company to my friends. It is one in a million you can found a company that is honest and give you good service. Thanks guys!!!

JJ and Ray, were very diligent, professional and considerate. They came, they saw, they conquered! The dust and crud busters! Seriously no joke, the stuff they pulled from my hvac… yuk. But wait, what they pulled from my dryer? Let’s just say thank God… it was a house fire waiting to happen…. Bricks of moist lint! A grocery bag full!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to CAD (Clean Air Duct Cleaning) — they came out this week to clean our dryer vent, and I was genuinely impressed. They showed up right on time, called ahead, were very polite and professional, and explained every step of the process clearly. Our house is just over 3 years old with four cats, and while I assumed we might need an HVAC cleaning too, they told us honestly that everything looked great and we could wait. No upselling, no pressure — just honest advice, which is rare these days. They even cleaned under the dryer and behind the washer (nice surprise!), and showed us how much lint they cleared out — it was a lot.
