Clean Air Duct Cleaning

I usually don’t post reviews however I have nothing but great things to say about the service I received and the hard work a young man named JJ gave me. I used to clean air ducts so I know how much trouble it truly is but this young man truly showed how experts get it done. He was on time, very informative, and extremely proficient in his tasks. I tend to talk to much and ask questions but this man was did not mind at all and was very happy to explain everything he was doing. 10/10 will be calling this service again.

Overall I am happy with having the A/C ducts cleaned but I have a little bit of an uneasy feeling about the tech that was in charge. (He had an assistant who was sincerely nice but the main tech came across a little untrustworthy). I was quoted a price over the phone for A/C duct cleaning that I agreed to and then when the tech showed up he said he saw "spores, though he is not allowed to use the word mold because they are not a mold remediation company". I wish I had googled what spores looked like rather than agreeing to it after they showed me a dirty vent because dark dirt isn't what mold looks like, but I was ignorant and also disgusted by the dirt and I said okay to the extra sanitizing service that was an extra charge. Called and scheduled the service within a few days. The gentleman arrived right on time and got to work after explaining the entire process to me. I had them clean out my air ducts and sanitize them as well as clean out the dryer vents. The tech discovered that the roofing company that recently replaced the roof (and passed inspection) had installed a wire filter (against code) to the top of the dryer vent which would’ve eventually caused a clog and possible dryer vent fire. This was removed and shown to me, thank God. The tech also discovered a beer can in the vent that had been present since 1998. What a blast from the past, right? Now it’s all clean and I’m a happy customer. Highly recommend these folks to anybody who wants/needs to have their ductwork cleaned, especially pet owners. I

JJ and Mike are amazing!! Before moving into our new home we had them come out to clean out the air vents! It was so bad we had to do a pretreatment!! Boy was it worth it. These guys were professional and certainly knew what they were doing!! Would use them again! Highly recommend them!
