The Clean Chimney team converted my nonfunctioning coal fireplace into a mini wood stove! They re-did the chimney cap, added a flue liner, dug out the masonry behind the old coal fireplace, and re-bricked the new spot for the wood stove. We have a custom, complicated fire place, and had two other companies out to look at fixing our issue. Both of which provided very little insight and optimism and quoted us very high costs to even diagnose the issue. Then Clean Chimney NC came and were the most thorough of the bunch. Esmer was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and how the adjustments would function. He and his team were able to diagnose the problem quickly, help fix and set up the chimney so worked better than ever and show me how to get the best out of it.
