they never answer their phone and rarely call you back. We cancelled the night before by phone message because the company stretching our carpet had a death in the family that day. The carpet stretcher called early the next am and came to stretch the carpet right away. My husband spoke to someone from clean environment that am and they said they would come to our house by 1:00pm or call to let us know when they could come. Did not show up! We called many times over the next few days and they have never returned our calls. Can’t very well rate a service that was never performed.
