I hired Clean getaway movers almost a month in advance and 2 weeks prior to my move Chris wanted to change the date on me. After informing him that I couldn’t he moved the time up. I called to confirm this morning my move for Saturday and he confirmed. He called me back 2 days before my scheduled move to tell me he had to cancel because of a family get together!! So unprofessional! Left me without movers with no notice!!!!

These folks were supposed to move my daughter. We reserved the time slot and the driver confirmed his arrival to be around 10am. He called back to say he was running late and he would arrive at 12pm. After that she was ghosted and she never heard back from him. No cancellation call and no excuse was given. The wife and I had to drive 4 hours to El Paso at 3pm on a Saturday to help her move. On a brighter note their unprofessionalism did save us $250. I guess I should be thankful for that. I normally don’t give negative reviews to any small businesses regardless of service but for this company I had to make an exception.

I called the night before I had to move due to a local El Paso company ghosting me. Chris was able to find someone to help him and he moved my 12 hrs later from El Paso to Alamogordo, NM. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. I would definitely use them again. I couldn't ask for anything more. The rates were great too!

Chris and his partner were able to unload my 26-foot Uhaul truck in under three hours. They were quick, efficient, and careful with the work. I definitely recommend!
