Clean Harbors

Harbors was called to Wickford Harbor when my boat went up on the rocks at Wickford Yacht Club and while taking any oil contaminants from the boat they stole my Ships Compass, Ships Radio and all my tools along with anything else of value they could get their hands on.Clean Harbor foreman agreed it was probably his guys that stole them but said it would be hard to prove. I gave them one star because they didn’t have lessor option.

We have repeatedly attempted to schedule a pick-up since the beginning of January, keep receiving emails saying you're attempting to schedule service to our office and I have waited on hold for someone to pick up the phone on a customer service line more times than I can count. We haver been given a customer rep who was out of the office and never returned any communication to us. The only communication we have received from your company is a fee increase. We're not happy so we have taken our business elsewhere.
