Clean Home Power Washing

We hired this company for pressure washing. During the service, the employee ran the machine along the edge of our driveway. Our neighborhood roads are known to be in poor condition, and during this process, asphalt material and rocks were visibly coming loose along the edge. After subsequent heavy rainfall, we discovered soil erosion and washout along the walkway and driveway edge that was not present prior to the service. This damage only became apparent afterward. When I initially reported the issue, the owner called and stated he wanted to do whatever he could to make things right. However, once the full extent of the damage was evident, the company declined to address it further and stated their decision was final. A partial goodwill refund was issued, but it does not cover the cost

We appreciated the care he took to ensure our plants and yard were not damaged as well. Great company!

Fantastic customer service and communication! I reached out for a quote on a Saturday and immediately was contacted and received a quote within an hour. They were able to work me into the schedule and complete the job that next Monday. Their team was very knowledgeable and worked with us on exactly what we needed done for our home. This was the first time we have ever paid a company to put up our Christmas Lights and I am so glad that we did! Everyone that we spoke to or interacted with was excellent from the first phone call to the installation. Ginny was my first contact and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She got us on the schedule quickly and everything went very smoothly. Daniel texted the morning of the installation to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was pleasant and listened to exactly what I wanted him to do and was anxious to do a good job. We will use them again and I will recommend them to anyone that needs any of their services in the future.
