Clean Image Carpet Care

Steve has always shown incredible care to my carpets, rugs, and even couches! His attention to detail and willing attitude to conquer any task is admirable. I would recommend him to anyone!

We scheduled a carpet cleaning with Steve on 23rd May for 05 June at 0900. By 2 pm he still hadn’t arrived and I attempted to reach out. He got back to me with a text that read “My employee should be there or on the way .” By 5:45 pm no one had arrived and I scheduled an appointment for the next day with another local company out of Evans. Based on all the good reviews, my experience may be an anomaly. That being said, hate being jerked around so felt compelled to leave a review. Update: Everything was moved out. Packers loaded everything on the 30th of May.

Mr. Steve is such a pleasure to work with. He’s meticulous in his work and is very considerate of your home. I really appreciate how detailed he is. I have never seen better floor cleaning service. He has the equipment and solutions to work on all the floors (hard wood, carpet, and tile). He applies multiple treatments to get the floors looking brand new. He is so kind and easy to communicate your needs with. I highly highly recommend him for cleaning your floors. He was able to come on such short notice (in a day), when I could not find any other cleaners. He is truly a professional cleaning service.

Steve did such a great job on our carpets! His prices are so affordable and my carpets smell clean and fresh. He is also the nicest person ever! I really enjoyed our conversation. I have two large dogs and when Most people come to our home, they want me to put the dogs away before they come in. Steve was so sweet to our fur babies and he gave them lots of love! He even helped me move their crate to clean under it. He had me double check the carpets after he was done to make sure I was happy with them and even called a few days later, just to make sure he didn’t miss anything. I highly recommend Clean image! You will not be disappointed!

We had 2 room and a rug cleaned by Steve and his crew. We have 2 dogs so there has been quite a bit of foot traffic and other stains and he had no problems getting our carpets and rug cleaned. Our rug now looks cleaner than the day we bought it and the carpets smell amazing. Steve is very kind and quick to respond with any communication between us. He is flexible and always worked with our schedule. Steve really cares about the quality of his work and making sure we were satisfied with the carpets and rug. We plan to call Clean Image again in the future.
