Clean Image Restoration

I can’t thank Doug and his team enough for everything they’ve done for us. We had a main line water burst and completely flooded foundation. All our insulation and duck system had to be removed and replaced as well as our flooring. Since Doug arrived to my home he was professional and was extremely informative on how to navigate with our insurance and how to proceed throughout our situation. Always looking out for our best interest. We were in a hotel for about a month but I felt his team worked fast to get us back into our home. He showed empathy for what we were going through and was always keeping me informed about progress and plans for my home. Although it was not the best situation to be in especially during the holidays the work they did made the sacrifice all worth it. MY HOME LOOK

Doug and his team were excellent to work with when our house flooded. They worked with my insurance company and completed the entire remodel, from replacing floors and kitchen cabinets. I would highly recommend them as they gave me my dream kitchen!

Update after 16 weeks: clean Image is very well aware that we did NOT stay in the home the entire restoration, and we DID have insurance that covered ONE WEEK away from our home. How difficult would it be, as a family of 5, to be displaced for 4 months, 16 weeks, from your home for restoration? What an incredible excuse from the "owner" of this business. I maintain go elsewhere with your business! And contrary to what the owner says, the home owner here was not happy. The one thing the owner of clean restoration is correct about in his response to this review is that this was incredibly traumatic. Update beginning week 13 after the flood in our master suite... Week 13 of restorations, and EVERY SINGLE STEP has been an absolute nightmare! I'm so frustrated with this entire process. There's

Great crew, helped us through the repairs process. They did the cleanup but also puttinf everything back, was recommended as other companies only do the demo. Would recommend anyday, thanks again Doug
