5 star service all the way!!! Dmitri did amazing work and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He came to our place on a Sunday morning(we booked the day before through his website which was super easy) and banged out a superb clean of my best friend’s gnarly couch in 2 hrs. In its “original” condition, the couch looked like a swamp elf and a trash panda had been having daily dirt wrestling matches on it. It was gross (sorry, E). When he was done, Dmitri left it looking so close to new, it’s insane. Plus.. Dmitri was a gem to deal with. Super friendly, super kind, worked fast and efficiently, charged EXACTLY what he’d quoted us (even though he did a little extra to make sure the couch was in tip-top shape) and cleaned up after himself like a complete professional. Dmitrii did a great job cleaning our sofa, stairs and rug. All of the stains came out. I was very impressed. The sofa looks brand new. He was great to work with as well. I’ve worked customer service for over 10 years and he was as personable and professional as they get. I would highly recommend him and the Clean Lab company 😌

I am so impressed by the service and quality of work from this company. They were able to conveniently schedule me on a Saturday evening, which I was grateful for. They cleaned my rug thoroughly and made it look like new again. I couldn’t believe how clean it was after they were done. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their rug or upholstery cleaned. I will definitely use them again!

Fantastic service through and through! From the person helping me on the phone to the actual technician that services my couch! his name was Dmitrii and turns out he was the owner of the company. He was fast and very nice. Will be a returning customer and highly recommend!

Really nice and pro service. They took good care of our old carpet and stairs, even though it's seen better days. We'll definitely go back to them
