Luis and his partner were very prompt and showed up when promised. Very nice and clean. The two star rating because the price of the sweep $195 and chimney cap(which is about $100 online)$325.00. So $520 for literally a half hour’s work. Does clean work but make sure you check prices if more than a sweep.

Left Luis a message and he called me within an hour. He set up time the following day to clean and inspect my chimney. He arrived on time and his rate was very fair. He provided some suggestions to improve the performance and safety of my fireplace and gave me some DIY tips to boot! Very friendly and professional.

This company owned by Sean was a joke, there advertised price was 99 dollars for a sweep, he didn't get on my roof and told me 600 dollars. I told him to leave and he wanted to argue with me really un professional. Please beware of him and his company. I literally kicked him out of my house and he still wanted to argue.

These guys show up when they say, do the work, clean up thoroughly and get on with their day leaving you to get on with yours. I've also used them for more substantial exterior work and it seems to be holding up fine after about a decade and a half.

We booked an appointment with this company. I waited around for 2.5 hours and no one bothered to show or call. Very unprofessional.
