I have never written a negative review of a company but want to warn others, so they don’t go through the same thing I did. When you book a service like this its to reduce stress and get some time back, this experience did the opposite. As another review has said, be sure to get everything in writing from this company. I booked an initial deep clean and based on their detailed quote, I was expecting a thorough cleaning. What I received was far below that standard. Major areas were not cleaned at all, including the microwave, refrigerator, multiple faucets, and other surfaces (photos included). All of which are detailed in the quote. The cleaner who arrived also never introduced themselves, which made a slightly uncomfortable situation of having strangers in your home even more unsettling

They performed a move out cleaning for me. They were super helpful and able to answer my questions. They cleaned the house exceptionally well, and then asked for feedback- I gave it, and they even sent someone to fix the minor things I had commented on. The process to get a quote was seamless and so was setting up an appointment date. Our home has never sparkled and shined more, and I genuinely mean that.
