Even though I did not end up needing this company services in the end. I wanted to give them a shout out. Adrian Carrillo was awesome with communication when working with me and AllStar roofing when a concern of the possibility of mold found. They gave a clear and reasonable worse case estimate so I was better prepared to do what I needed to. Please give this company a chance if you find your self in a situation of needing their type of work done.

I had a damp spot in my basement. Nothing major but enough for me to want to get it cleaned up. I texted Shane and asked of Clean Response could help determine the issue. I know him personally so I wanted to make sure before calling that they could help. He said yes and then got a guy out to our house in 30 minutes. Didn't have to do that as I wasn't asking for immediate help. But grateful for the quick response. Danny came out, was great in explaining what he was doing, confirming with Shane on what should be done to assess any issues beyond the wet spot and keeping me a part of the process. We agreeded on what should be done & helped dry up the spot. By the way, this was on Saturday morning before 9 am. Danny was in and out in 30 minutes.
