Clean Squad

(Response to owner) Clearly you did not read my review correctly "after further inspection" I noticed these issues. I did not have time to thoroughly inspect her work right then and there nor was the message on the phone relayed to you about my concerns with having someome come back out. No, I do not want another person to come out. Why would I of this is the type of work your employees do? The cleaner was very pleasant during her visit. However, after reviewing the cleaning more closely, I was disappointed with the level of attention to detail. Several stainless-steel appliances, including the dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator, still had visible residue such as food marks and pet drool. (They were not even cleaned) The bathroom walls were not completely cleaned as discussed on the phon

Clean Squad has been providing a once a month deep clean for me for over 6 months. I couldn’t be happier. The reliability and quality of work has been excellent and the staff is always a delight. I highly recommend!

It would have been nice if Cody would have been thorough and actually cleaned the bedroom floors in its entirety (under beds) and walls behind the bed, per me bringing it to her attention that it was missed(DEEP CLEAN). Cody spent quite a bit of time in my home for what she did and I am surprised it took so long. (2 bedrooms and the landing stairs/foyer walls). Her overall work was good, so I do not want to take away from that. However, she did not even stay to walk through with me because she saw me distracted with the Cable guy who arrived shortly before she left. I gave a 4 star because she did clean well, what she actually cleaned. I planned to use Clean squad again, for a bigger job, if I had a good experience but I am a detailed person and a germ a fob.
