they scheduled my quickly and the inspection and cleaning of my fireplace equipment and parts was very quick and thorough. He even took the time to make sure I understood how to turn the pilot light on and off and how the system worked overall. I've never had a gas fireplace before, so there was a lot I didn't know and i'm glad I invested to have aprofessional have a look.

The work that was done was fantastic and I was extremely satisfied. I have had my fireplace for seven years and never used it because I was not comfortable and was unsure of the inspection status. These guys made everything so simple and we are now at home with a warm and cozy fireplace.

Ivan came to clean my chimney about a month ago. I’m just now writing this review bc I didn’t have a Gmail acct established at the time. He was the finest chimney sweep I ever had come to my house in 29 years!! His knowledge was unsurpassed, and he really delved into the history of the house and what plans did we have concerning the fireplace moving forward. I so appreciated his assessment and recommendations. He was one of a kind and I hope I’ll get to see him again when I call next year!

Great service! We called them for a fireplace inspection and estimate for upgrading to gas logs. Kim was awesome with scheduling and even got us an appointment for that afternoon. Ivan came out to do the inspection - he was polite, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything he saw, shared pictures and video live, and was happy to answer all of our questions.
