Timely, professional, friendly service. We're newer homeowners, so this was the first time we've had our ducts cleaned. It's clear that Brian takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. When he was done with the duct cleaning, he took the time to show me the inside of our older furnace and tightened an old gas line. When Brian learned that we had just painted our baby room, he even set up an air purifier to make sure the air was clean and safe. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone with HVAC needs.

Can’t recommend Brian enough! We just moved into our first home and wasn’t sure what to expect. Not only did he do a fantastic and thorough job on our ducts, he provided pictures of before and after, he brought to my attention a few safety concerns that could have really become a problem if not addressed (thank you thank you), he provided referrals of services we could, and his communication is outstanding! My initial inquiry for a quote was met with a very timely phone call from Brian. We reviewed the layout of my home and within the day his quote was texted to me via a formal site. His communication was always clear, looped to close any gaps or questions I had, and he worked hard to accommodate our schedule. This started things out right. Where do we even begin… Right from the start we have been impressed with Brian’s communication. He was up front about not being able to get to the house to clean the ducts until a nice day. He understands the difficulties of working around schedules. He reached out to reschedule because of the bad weather, and promised to reach out again when the weather became warmer, and he did. He arrived on time as he scheduled, and waited patiently for the person to show up to let him in the house. He did a thorough job, and found a problem in our furnace where there was mold growth in our furnace on the canvas joiner.
