Kevin does wonderful detailed work and thourough cleaning. This is his second time to clean for us. This time he did the living room and second floor for spills, pet mistakes and edges along wall. I was searching for a carpet cleaning company that did not use harsh chemicals but that could the get cat urine smell out of my carpets. Kevin was very informative about his carpet cleaning process and the how's and why's behind it. He was on time, worked hard, and communicated well. I really like how they measure the rooms to get exact quotes before cleaning and we were able to stay in budget. I appreciated Kevin and his son's work ethic, kindness, and responsiveness. The carpets look great and there is no more smell! As you can see from the before and after photos, the rug looks much better too! I am glad we chose Cleaner Carpet Naturally and will be using them in the future!

Did a great job! Thoroughly cleaned each room using multiple tools, carefully cleaned between rugs and wall, and finished everything up by rinsing with water to remove all detergent. The rugs now look good and feel great. Very pleased.

Our berber carpet had not been cleaned in 20 years and in the main traffic areas looked dingy and worn down. Kevin and his son worked diligently to pull out the dirt, pull the carpet threads back up, and make every nook and cranny clean. The carpet looks great everywhere—practically new. I so appreciated their thoroughness and expertise, their care in moving the furniture and placing everything back appropriately, and removing most of the moisture so that all was dry within 24 hours. My past experiences with carpet cleaning was not as good and so I can highly recommend Cleaner Carpet Naturally. It’s a great feeling to have really clean carpets again.

Kevin took his time communicated thoroughly about the processes he was using on my carpet and reassured me he wouldn’t leave until he was happy with the job he did if someone did this to his home and WE REALLY appreciate him and his sons service thorough and well done. I had some stains I didn’t think would give at all and he got every single stain. Hard working father and son team. Recommending to everyone we know.
