The communication from this company was excellent. Victor kept us up-to-date - confirming appointments, letting us know when he was on his way, and his ETA. He is knowledgeable, and explains what he is doing, and why he is doing it. He showed us photos of the ducts that he had cleaned. The air quality in your home is very important to your health. Victor was very professional and did a thorough job cleaning our dryer vents. He increased the air flow by 20 times what it was when he started. I plan on getting our HVAC ducts done by him in the near future and I highly recommend him.
