Cleaning Experts

We had a pipe burst in our home while we were out of the country. I called Ryan from CARE and they were on site within 45 minutes and began the 6 day restoration process. John and Ryan maintained clear communication with us and sent updates of the progress each night so we could track what was happening while we were away. When we came home, the restoration process was complete and their team had also cleaned up the space to make the transition home more manageable for us. They have helped us on 2 other smaller issues in the past and are a trusted resource for us.

Unfortunately, my experience turned out not great. Unprofessional. Unorganized. I had called Mike with ClassONE after water damage in our downstairs bathroom and bedroom. Mike said he could do the repairs but gave me their information for the clean up. He said they work together often. Everything seemed great at first. The guys were kind. They were great with my dogs. Ryan had come for the initial walk through and mentioned the original floor we'd laid LVP on could be an asbestos risk and they'd send out for testing for Mike before he could do the repairs. While here doing the demo I also had plumbers replacing our sewer line. No running water. One or the guys came outside and asked if I had another bathroom. I directed him there. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Day. Ryan his team were able to come out quickly during the holidays. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the damaged areas and were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Ryan @ Care called us immediately after our insurance adjuster reached out to him. He was at our house in a day to inspect the damage & his team the morning after to start tear out from our water heater leak in our basement & garage. He was professional & clearly explained the process to us. His team did a great clean job with the removal & monitoring of mold levels. Would highly recommend them.

We had a leak in our kitchen that involved ripping out hardwood in 2 rooms. They came right away, and even though we had gone out of town, were in complete communication with us and the insurance adjuster. They cleaned and dried everything, packed up 3 rooms and moved appliances. When the floors were refinished, they came back, unpacked everything and put it all back exactly as it was before! They were always there when they said they’d be, were efficient and extremely professional at every stage. Ryan and his team are the best! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any restoration needs.
