EDIT: I have emailed and texted your office but have not heard a response. The team completed its deep clean of our house last week, and while initially it looked great after a quick walkthrough, now that we have moved in we are noticing things that the cleaners missed which they should have spotted. First, there are a pile of dead insect carcasses in the master bedroom corner that I have no clue how your team didn’t vacuum up, that now I have to be worried about my cats eating the dead bugs. Second, there are quite a few visible cobwebs in corners of windows, window frames, and other areas that were completely missed. The ladies were very pleasant, arrived on time, and did a great job. My house looks very clean and smells wonderful. They did everything I requested. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating when scheduling. I will continue to use their services and would recommend!

WOW! What an amazing job! I've had another cleaning service and was less than thrilled, but Cleaning Revolution went above and beyond. They even cleaned the dogs bowls, their food stand, and the wall behind since they are a bit messy with their water. Also, they handled all 6 doors that have 8 window panes each.

Beware! I had a cleaning service done recently. One of the cleaners moved (against policy I was told) a metal filing cabinet in one of the bedrooms. I immediately told the woman not to move anything and went back to my household chores. Two days later I observed a large scratch (over ft. long) in the wood floors I just had re-finished. Nobody has access to that room except me. The customer service fraud department called me after I complained and concluded that it was mostly on me to have properly dealt with the situation. They also did not completely believe my story. I find this highly unprofessional and will not use this cleaning service in the future. I warn future customers to using this companies services, you will be better served with a different service.
