Cleaning Services Queens

I give Cleaning Services Queens 5 stars because they deserve it. I did an emergency deep clean once from this group. In fact, each of their crews was highly skilled and experienced. They did a great job. thank you

My experience totally differs from other reviewers’, it was totally unpleasant. 1. I was told it covers up to 6 hours but the cleaning lady said 5 and left without finishing the job(didn’t even wash the floors). 2. She was wiping the whole house with one wet duster, washing it only 3-4 times in total… when the whole house was fully covered in dust after floor sanding, and the company was informed of that. 3. She didn’t even use any chemicals to remove ANY stains (even easy to clean ones). 4. She was cleaning extremely slow, as if just waiting for the time to pass. 5. I had to constantly point to the missed spots as she didn’t bother to even wipe them. 6. Called the company at 7:40 to complain but nobody responded. Will try the next day.

I just used Cleaning Services Queens a few days ago and I couldn't be happier! The cleaners came on time, they were professional, polite and most importantly did an excellent job.
