This is the company you want to call for pressure washing, we'll be repeat customers. He was fast, gave us a great price, and did the entire house. It looks great and he's a really good guy. I'll never try to do this myself again. It would have taken up a couple of weekends and all our free time with our home machine and it wouldn't have come close to getting the same results.

After leaving a message with C.U.P. Frank got back to me quickly and his follow-up communication was excellent. I was able to schedule a cleaning within the week. Frank was meticulous cleaning our vinyl siding, spending extra time in spots where mold and moss had accumulated, ensuring our surrounding shrubs and flowers were safe from the movement of his equipment and the cleaning solution he used, and rechecking the whole house and garage to make sure he’d hit every spot. When he was finished, the siding looked brand new. Excellent service at a reasonable price!

Left a message on the answering service. I received a call back in less than 24 hours. Frank stopped by to give a quote and came back the same day to do the job. Professional and very reasonable.

Frank did a fabulous job on my garage roof. In fact, I thought one side of the roof had black shingles. Once he was done, we discovered both side were the same brown color! All the moss dead and black streaks, etc are gone! I definitely recommend Cleaning Under Pressure. They do a great job, are professional and reasonable. Definitely 5 stars!
