CleanNew Miami: Upholstery Cleaning, Shielding, Cleaning, Miami FL

I’ve been a loyal client of Clean New for 3 years since September 2022, I spent thousands of dollars in this company sometimes ($600 USD for sofa cleaning); at one point even calling them every week for cleaning because I have pets in the house. I’ve also recommended them to others. Unfortunately, after the way I was treated recently, I will be changing companies. They canceled my appointment same day of the cleaning because I didn’t pay 50% upfront the day before (they don't have Apple Pay so it requires me to have my physical card numbers to make the payment and it's a hassle to me) — something that was never required in the past. After years of consistent business, I expected more flexibility and respect. Very disappointed to end things this way.

Complete SCAMMERS!! Stay away!! We purchased the shield when we bought our sofa and I my sofa started getting stains within a month so I contacted them about it and they said it was under warranty and would send someone to clean it. A couple months after again my sofa was getting stained even though the "Shield" wasn't supposed to let anything penetrate. I called them multiple times and they wouldn't pick up, so I contacted the sofa company to help me get a hold of them, they finally answered, the owner is very rude and unprofessional, has clearly no idea how to run a business. And they said it wasn't under warranty anymore even though it hadn't even been a year and when I was sold the product it was supposed to be a three year warranty. Complete SCAMMERS!! Stay away!! We bought their protection at Artefacto with an alleged 3 year warranty. Not only did they not honor their warranty but never actually placed the protection product and completely scammed us!! We noticed our sofa was getting stained, and I started having doubts the product had not been placed at all, and we called them about it multiple times, they never answered, we called Artefacto as they are the ones that sold us the product of this company. They told us to do the test to see if the product had been placed. If it had, it would not stick to the sofa like the test they sent me in the video before i bought it. After cleaning and protecting, my favorite furniture is ready to be enjoyed! Jose did a great job and I got even more excited knowing that makes the leather last longer being hydrated, it’s fantastic ☺️

Awesome service! very careful and reliable! What can I say? I wasn’t expecting much but this unique product, gave me more confidence on letting my guests having drinks while we chat on the sofa . Can’t wait to do the same on my shoes !
