I had an upright piano that I tried to donate and no one wanted it. Finally after all these years, I decided to just dispose of it. All of the companies that I called was charging too much. They all added extra fees like dismantling and packing. For what? Just pick it up and get rid of it! And that's what the guys from Cleanout Express did. They arrived on time, was courteous, quick, in and out! Gave me a receipt and off they went. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again.

Cleanout Express did a great job helping me clear out my mother’s apartment after she passed away. The crew showed up right on time, were polite, and handled everything with care. They worked quickly but were also very respectful and sensitive during what was an emotional process. I really appreciated how smooth they made the whole experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a cleanout service.

Steve and his assistant are amazing. I want to thank Gus for his quick service on giving a quote on last minute additional furniture that we wanted out. They came at the time that they said they were going to arrive. We had extra furniture that needed to be taken out. This company is the best company for when you want to get rid of unwanted furniture and appliances. I will definitely use them again and I am going to let all my friends and family know about them so that they can get their business. We always have junk that we want to get rid of.

Everyone I spoke with over the phone and dealt with in person was professional, courteous and understanding from the beginning all the way to the end of the process. When I initially called the company I spoke with Ana who helped me book an appointment to meet with someone in person at the apartment for a free on-site estimate. The person with whom I met for the estimate, Paul, was courteous, communicative and punctual. A straightforward estimate was provided and booking the appointment for removal was easy.
