Cleantastic has been cleaning for us for well over a year now. I was hesitant to use a cleaning service rather than an individual due to concerns like who might show up, rotating people, frequent staffing changes, etc. After speaking to Melissa, she put a lot of my fears to rest. We setup a time for the initial deep clean (half a day with 4-5 people) and my house felt awesome afterwards (and I'd had someone cleaning weekly for a year prior).
