I am so grateful that this service was referred from McNabb Plumbing. They called as soon as they got the referral and Steven was out the day. Immediately calmed my nerves. He was able to get the crew out that day also. Everyone extremely professional and kind. Their name states it all. They laid protective material all over the floor leading from the kitchen to living room door. Created a barrier in the kitchen to contain all the damaged ceiling from spreading onto counter tops and appliances. They handled everything from cutting out the ceiling , sweeping, removal , I just had to sit and watch TV. They explained the tent and fans equipment. Had I slight problem with the tent, called at 9:30pm figured I would get call the next day and my surprise Brie called back in 5 minutes. Told me t

Cody from Cleanup Services was great- he came most recently but the leaders and the manager from the team were all very helpful! My issue has been a complicated one to say the least and Cleanup Services, I feel, has done all they can with both the work and information for me so I can make a plan moving forward. While what is going on with my house (ice damming) is not fun- today Cody made me feel like Cleanup Services are there to help and to help advocate for you in some ways.

BEWARE! This company has predatory practices and preys on people that are in crisis. They do not give estimates but make you feel like your only option is to have them start work so there is no starting point because they price gouge the job. Never show them or let them know any deductible from your home owners. Our job was super small and they were here only 2.5-3hrs tops..... estimated a job of over 7k to my insurance for at most 2k job. They had machines here at our home that weren't even working or on but guess what - they charged us for them. They set up containment areas and if you don't go in there and see if the machines are working which most people wont because why would you go into a blocked off area to see if the machines are on. We had a water pipe burst while away from home. The crew was contacted and scheduled quickly, they spent all day taking care of our damaged room and kept us informed about every update. Very nice and helpful guys, much appreciated during this stressful time.

We had a leak from our upstairs neighbor's AC that leaked into our utility closed and master bedroom. Clean up sent a crews to remove the drywall from the corner of our bed room and all the walls and and ceiling in our utility closet. Every single person from the two diffent crews that came to handle the damage were exceptional. They did a great job and were very concerned and caring that our issue be handled as quickly and professional as possible. The company also handled the insurance paper work. I highly recommend this company!
