My dog threw up on my brand new carpet. I panicked and quickly called the company I purchased the carpet from and asked them what to do. I was told to call Cleanville and talk to Allen. I called and Alan answered my call. I had never met Alan and I had never called Cleanville. He was so professional, knowledgeable and kind. I felt as if I was a long time customer but we had never met. Because it’s a wool carpet, the cleaning process is very meticulous. He asked if he could FaceTime me and he talked and walked me through everything that needed to be done. He even waited on our FaceTime call while I got a glass of water to pour on the stain. He watched as I poured the water on the carpet and told me when I had poured enough. He helped me Step-by-step. His customer service is off the charts!

I had a bleach stain on my 20 year old carpet (a great carpet that doesn't need to be replaced even yet). The owner of the company, Alan Green, repaired my carpet by neutralizing the bleach and dying the carpet back to its original coloring. To me that was an honest to goodness miracle. I am so, so happy. He also owns Boss Systems carpet cleaning company. That is the company I will use from now on.
