Clear Choice Coatings

We had a Westcoat flooring installed by Clear Choice Coatings. They did a terrible job. The product was installed on a rooftop deck featuring a hot tub. When they installed the flooring, they leveled the area in essence getting rid of the drainage slope. In addition, the surface was uneven, creating dips that caused water to pool even more. Clear Choice would take no responsibility for their work and proceeded to aggressively blame everything else instead of helping us find a solution. We had to rip the whole thing out and use a different material. We are now very happy with our Duradek product and their approved installer.

Todd and his guys did an awesome job start to finish... Our garage floor turned out better than we expected. The attention to detail and professionalism they displayed was excellent and the project was finished on time and at budget. they communicated well and cleaned up after themselves.

Our decks look fantastic! We have an older home, the deck needed help to get back to level. CCC took the time it needed to get the job done right. Todd came out several times to supervise the results and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them. I can say without a doubt they work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied and the job is done right!

We built a new home in Ivins at the Havens 2 years ago. Our observation deck during that time started to bubble up and separate from underneath. Called several people to have them come and take a look and give me a bid on what it would take to fix. Todd from Clear Choice came out in June. He said they were the original installers and he would make it right. It is now October and there has been no progress in fixing the problem. How can you recommend a company when they said they would fix it and 4 months later, nothing. Todd followed up with prior post and we did get things scheduled. Good luck trying to get them to warranty their work. I clearly made the wrong choice having them do my garage epoxy. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.
